Port of Palm Beach board elects new chair

Jean Landfair Enright has been elected chair of the Port of Palm Beach District Board of Commissioners.

Enright will chair the five-member board for a one-year term, and replaces Wayne Richards. Edward Oppel, former director of the port, was elected vice chair. George Mastics was elected secretary-treasurer. The fifth commissioner is Blair Ciklin, who is the longest-serving member of the board.

The Port of Palm Beach is an independent special taxing district and is considered a subdivision of the State of Florida.
