Widdows to keep TSA helm

Widdows is president and chief executive officer of the NOL Group, the parent of APL.

   Widdows has already served two 12-month terms as TSA chairman, following a January 2007 restructuring designed to involve member line senior managements more directly in the agreement day-to-day operations. He is also chairman of the World Shipping Council a Washington, D.C.-based shipping industry trade organization. 

   We are fortunate to have Ron Widdows continue at the helm of TSA,said J.S. Lee, senior executive vice president of Hanjin Shipping Co. Ltd. and a member of TSA's executive committee, in a statement. is industry leadership on infrastructure and productivity improvements, and his efforts within TSA to increase transparency and information sharing with customers, have enhanced TSA's visibility and credibility during his tenure.
