Intermarine drops bunker surcharges

 Intermarine said Monday it is reducing its bunker surcharges on all services to and from South America, Mexico and the Caribbean effective Dec. 20.

   The company is a worldwide provider of ocean transport as well as inland heavy haul transportation services for breakbulk, specialized project and heavy lift cargoes.

   The new surcharges are $395 per TEU, $695 per FEU, and $41 per weight/measure for breakbulk (minimum $41).
