Odessa and Iljichevsk ports face customs problems

Container terminals of Odessa and Iljichevsk ports which handle about half of Ukraine’s total throughput, are likely to stop operation, New Region writes.

As of today, over 30,000 containers with import cargo have been accumulated at the ports’ terminals. According to Sergei Bryzgalov, head of Iljichevsk port trade union, importers blame it on the customs’ delay of clearance procedure.
