Phelan named DHL Global Mail CEO

Joe Phelan has been promoted to chief executive officer of DHL Global Mail, owner Deutsche Post World Net said.

Phelan has served for more than two years as CEO of DHL Global Mail's Americas division. Before that he was chief operating officer and senior vice president marketing and commercial affairs.

Global Mail is Deutsche Post's international mail service provider.
