Evergreen, Yang Ming and Cheng Lie start intra-Asia service

Evergreen Line, Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp. and Cheng Lie Navigation Co. Ltd. have started a new intra-Asia service covering ports in North/Central China, Hong Kong, Philippines and Java.



The weekly intra-Asian service, known as CN1, calls at ports with the following rotation: Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Manila North Port, Manila South Port, Jakarta, Surabaya, Manila South Port, Hong Kong and Qingdao. The first sailing departed from Qingdao Monday.



The service uses four 1,500-TEU vessels. Evergreen Line and Yang Ming Line will each have one vessel in the trade, and Cheng Lie will have two.
