YRC fills CFO slot

YRC Worldwide has named Timothy A. Wicks as chief financial officer following the August departure of Stephen Bruffet to rival trucking and logistics provider Con-way Inc.

Wicks was senior vice president for strategic growth initiatives at UnitedHealthcare. He also spent time early in his career working on finance and economic issued for Northwest Airlines.

Paul Liljegren served as interim CFO while YRC looked for a full-time executive.
