Yang Ming adding second Dubai/Iraq link

Taiwanese ocean carrier Yang Ming is to start a second weekly Persian Gulf shuttle service joining the ports of Dubai and Umm Qasr in Iraq.

The Dubai and Umm Qasr Express Service 2 (DUX2) will commence at the end of September using a single vessel, the 580-TEU YM Doha. It will join the existing DUX, which deploys the 338-TEU YM Xiamen, connecting Iraq with the Far East via transshipment at Dubai to the China-Gulf Express (CGX).
