ICTSI unit handed Mindanao terminal

The Phividec Industrial Authority (PIA) in the Philippines last week formally turned over the Mindanao Container Terminal (MCT) to Mindanao International Container Terminal Services Inc. (MICTSI), a subsidiary of International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI).

MICTSI was granted a 25-year concession to run the 270,000-TEU capacity terminal in May, and took over operations in June. The MCT is ICTSI's sixth operated terminal in the Philippines.
