CargoWise appoints Todd

CargoWise edi, a provider of international supply chain management systems, has appointed Bill Todd as its new business development manager, customs house brokerage.

Todd will be based out of CargoWise's office in Chicago. Prior to joining CargoWise, Todd was vice president of sales for software provider IES, which he joined in 2003. He has previously worked for Forwardair, Atlantic Container Line and Leschaco.
