Ukraine govt passes decree re Russian Black Sea Fleet

The Ukrainian government on Wednesday passed the decree regulating the crossing of the Ukrainian border by servicemen, naval ships and planes of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet based in Crimea, Ukrainian Defence Minister Yuri Yekhanurov stated according to Itar-Tass.

He said the decree ensures the enaction of the decree of President Viktor Yushchenko by all services - border, customs and the military agency.
