Hypo Real Estate to Finance Logistics Park Project

31 October the RosEuroDevelopment company and the German Hypo Real Estate International bank signed the credit agreement on the financing of the construction of logistics park Krekshino in the amount of $210 mln.

According to media reports, the bank will finance the construction of the second and third stages of the logistics park, which will be located in Naro-Fominsk district of the Moscow region.

This stages include the construction of 5 separate A-class storage facilities with an overall area of 240 th. sq. m.
