Dubai Drydocks to Purchase Labroy Marine

Dubai Drydocks is going to purchase shipbuilding company Labroy Marine (Singapore), reports RBC-Ukraine.
It is expected that the sum of the deal will total $1.6 bn.
It should be pointed out that in July of the current year Dubai Drydocks World bought a 84% share in Pan United Marine (PUM, also in Singapore) for $428 mn.
