APM Terminals to start Black Sea project

The Hague, Netherlands-based APM Terminals today said it will expand its presence in the Black Sea region with a new container development at the Port of Illichivsk, Ukraine.

We are delighted to work on a terminal project with our local Ukrainian partners and expect to have the final plans firmed up later this year with a tentative completion date of 2011, said Klaus Rud Sejling, APMT's vice president of business development.
