OOCL starts Kaohsiung/Haiphong feeder

OOCL on Wednesday will begin a new feeder service between Haiphong in North Vietnam and Kaohsiung in Taiwan, using a 400-TEU vessel, the Hong Kong carrier said Friday.

The new Haiphong Kaohsiung Feeder (HPH) and will launched from Haiphong and will be OOCL's first dedicated service calling Haiphong. Connectivity to Asia, the United States and Europe is available at Kaohsiung, the carrier said.

The service is weekly, with a midweek Haiphong call and a weekend call at Kaohsiung.
