eBAY has announced the launch of the 'e-Express' shipping service for its Hong Kong-based sellers to ship merchandise in lightweight packages to the US, offered in partnership with Hongkong Post and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
"We attach great importance to the growing e-commerce business between Hong Kong and the United States, and are dedicated to supporting the development by cooperating with eBay and USPS to offer this fast, reliable and affordable shipping service," said Eddie Mak, deputy postmaster general of Hongkong Post, in a statement from eBay.
The service is available at http://shippingtool.ebay.com.hk. Users are offered shipment tracking and print shipping label services. Optional insurance is available from Hongkong Post to cover the risk of damage to goods during shipment.
