Ust-Luga port to ease ice restrictions from April 12

Port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad region) plans to lift some restrictions on merchant ships class that make calls at the port. The order signed by Harbormaster Oleg Glukhov is effective as of 00:00 (LT) April 12th, PortNews reports citing the Port Authority.


The icebreaker Vaigach has reportedly left the Russian part of the Gulf of Finland. As of 8 am (LT), Monday, there were 38 cargo ships that requested ice breaker assistance in the eastern part of the Gulf of Finland.
