MSC increases surcharges

GENEVA's Mediterranean Shipping Co (MSC) has announced that it has increased surcharges on container movement from Europe Venezuela starting this week.

To Puerto Cabello, MSC will levy a US$250 terminal handling charge on all import cargo, while increasing the existing drop-off surcharge on import cargo at the port to $260 per container.To La Guaira, the terminal handing charge on import cargo will increase to $200 per container.
