ProLogis leases 105,000 sq ft in Chicago

ProLogis, a provider of distribution facilities, has signed a lease agreement for approximately 105,000 sq ft of space in Chicago, according to PRNewswire.

A third-party logistics provider will occupy the space at ProLogis Park O'Hare Building One, a 258,000 sq ft distribution facility located within five minutes of the south cargo gate at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. The ProLogis Park O'Hare Building One is now fully leased.

ProLogis is the leading provider of industrial space in the Chicago metro area, with a platform of approximately 25.2 million sq ft.
