Momentum opens new office in Iraq

Momentum Logistics, the Sharjah-based leading third-party logistics (3PL) service provider and subsidiary of international port management company, Gulftainer, has opened a new office in Erbil, Northern Iraq.

The new office will allow Momentum to react more efficiently to the daily needs of its clients.

Erbil is the management centre of the Northern Iraq’s oil industry, and Momentum believes that it is essential for any premium service provider to be at the centre of where the main activity takes place.

The new office will work in conjunction with Gulftainer’s other group and partner companies, particularly Demas in Turkey and South Oasis in Southern Iraq (Umm Qasr), to ensure that cargo can be delivered by air, sea or land from anywhere in the world to anywhere in Iraq.

This is Momentum’s fourth office to open this year, following those in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Zakho, also in Northern Iraq.
