After the first off-airport domestic cargo terminal was open in Nancheng, Dongguan, Shenzhen Airport took the off-airport cargo terminal concept into international cargo service. On 8th Sep, Shenzhen Airport Dongguan International Terminal started to operate officially, while other two Shenzhen off-airport domestic cargo terminals go into service on the same day in Dongguan. A special ‘green channel’ at Shenzhen Airport is set up for cargo from its Dongguan terminal; this first-priority channel will enhance the efficiency of Dongguan cargo’s handling.
