Air China launches Beijing to Hotan, Xinjiang service

AIR China has launched a service between Beijing and Hotan, Xinjiang, which is a key component of the assistance programme that Beijing government offers to help Xinjiang facilitate its economic development.

This service is available on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays and stops over Urumqi, the capital city of Xinjiang.

It is a Chinese central government policy to speed the development of Xinjiang. Air China will thus strengthen its services to this developing autonomous region by launching Shanghai-Urumqi-Kashgar and Chengdu-Urumqi-Korla services in September.
