Air China plans to set up new airline

Air China and the municipal government of Beijing are in talks to set up a new airline that would focus on business travel, the China Business News reported, citing unnamed sources.

Air China, the country's flag carrier, has a fleet of 256 jets. It operates 245 routes to 30 countries and regions.
