Izmailsky Port in January-March 2008

In January-March of the current year compared to the last year same period result cargo turnover of the Izmailsky Commercial Sea Port grew by 5.6% - up to 1.93 mn tons, RBC-Ukraine reports.

Transit cargo handling increased by 11.4% - up to 677 thousand tons. Coal handling grew by 7.6%, coke – by 30%, metal-roll – by 33.8%), cast iron - by 15.6%, fertilizers – by 7.8%.
