28.5% Shares of Ukrrechflot Is Arrested

According to Kommersant, Pechersky court of Kiev has attached a 28.5% share of Ukrrechflot owned by Pavel Podlesniy, the former president of the company, and Mikhail Antipenko, the former vice-president.

The complaint was declared by the shipping company Ukrrechflot. The former top managers of the company are accused of abuse of power which caused the arrest of 30 ships of the company in the foreign ports.

It is said if their guilt is established, their share will be returned to the state and then sold.
