Five Stars bulks up

Mumbai: Mumbai-based Five Stars Bulk Carriers Pvt. Ltd has taken advantage of the lower prices for bulkers and bought two panamaxes this month for around $70m, according to shipbroker reports.

The unlisted dry bulk ship operator, owned by horse breeder and former chairman of Royal Western India Turf Club Khushroo N. Dhunjibhoy, bought two eight-year-old panamaxes from unspecified Greek and Norwegian owners.
