Wan Hai Lines has announced that it is joining the INDFEX service to the Far East from April 30. The service is currently operated by the Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), Pacific International Lines (PIL) and "K" Line.
Wan Hai will be deploying 2 of the five 4,000-TEU vessels in the service, with the other lines deploying one each, Exim News Service reports.
The service rotation includes Pusan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Port Klang, Colombo, Nhava Sheva, Colombo, Port Klang, Singapore, Hong Kong, Pusan.
Through this new partnership and deployment of 4,000-TEU vessels in the INDFEX service, Wan Hai believes it will be able to provide its customers with a better service quality in the rapidly-growing Far East-India trade lane.
