OOCL intra-Asia BAF increases to India, Pakistan, Mideast

HONG KONG's Overseas Orient Container Line has announced a bunker adjustment factor (BAF) for cargo on intra-Asia trade lanes.

Effective May 1, the BAF for traffic from China to south east Asia will remain at US$105 per TEU, but for traffic from China to Middle East, India and Pakistan will be revised to $275 per TEU for dry and $399 per cent TEU for reefer.
