CNOOC signs LNG purchase agreement with Katargas

China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), the country's largest offshore oil company, signed head of agreements Thursday that will lead to long-term supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG) of two million tons per annum from Qatar.
