RS representation in Bulgaria

Alexander I. Kharlamov is appointed as Manager of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) Representation in Bulgaria. Mr. Kharlamov joined RS in 1977 as surveyor. In 1995-1999 he was the Head of the RS Inspection for Sakhalin of the RS Far East Branch. Since 2006 Mr. Kharlamov was Deputy Head of the RS Far East Branch.

In 2010 Alexander I. Kharlamov was appointed as Manager of the RS Representation in Bulgaria. The RS Representation in Bulgaria was established in 1949.
