FedEx offers 'Next Flight' money-back guarantee rush service

FEDEX Express has announced the launch of its "Next Flight" delivery service for customs-cleared, door-to-door international shipments with a special focus on rush shipments, out-of-hours pickup and delivery, Friday pickup with weekend deliveries, and weekend pickup for Monday delivery.

FedEx said its International Next Flight service is its fastest yet, offering the UK and Ireland connection to more than 220 countries all year round, reports the UK's International Freighting Weekly.

"With FedEx International Next Flight we have an important additional service that will meet most urgent shipping needs," said FedEx Express Northern Europe vice president Adam Psarianos.

FedEx said it would pick up in as little as 60 minutes after the customer order, and offer enhanced tracking and notification, automatic proof of delivery and delay, unlimited total shipment weight and money-back guarantee for service failure.
