ECS appoints VP Business Development & Customer Relations

Flavio Renfer has joined European Cargo Services (ECS) in the newly-created post of Vice President Business Development & Customer Relations.

Based in Frankfurt, he is responsible for attracting new airline customers to the GSA group and maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. The role also incorporates ECS’ working partnerships with global forwarding organizations.
Flavio joined ECS from Delta Air Lines, where he held the post of Regional Director Western Europe. He previously held senior management posts with United Airlines in Washington and KLM in Chicago and Switzerland.
