Shanghai in January-February 2008

Shanghai International Port Group throughput only increased by 2.5%t year on year to 1.8 mn TEU in February because of snow storms, Logistics Week reported.

SIPG alltogether handled 4.211 mn TEU in the first 2 months of this year, an increase totaled 9.2%.

Total cargo volume of the Shanghai port from January to February grew by 5.2% - up to 56.17 mn tons.
