Hong Kong stocks close 0.84% higher

Hong Kong Hang Seng Index went up 168.62 points, or 0.84 percent, to close at 20,306.27 on Tuesday.

Turnover fell to HK$71.49 billion ($9.23 billion) from Monday's HK$74.74 billion ($9.65 billion ).
