Port of Yantai half-year throughput up 6pc

EASTERN China's port of Yantai handled 60.2 million tonnes of cargo from January to June, up six per cent year on year.

The growth is expected to be 10 per cent faster than the national growth, said Logistics Week.

The port's monthly throughput surpassed the level of 10 million tonnes for the three consecutive months from April to June.
