Approvals obtained

As announced on 30 January 2008, Hoegh Autoliners acquired 18 car carriers from the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group and simultaneously A.P.Moller - Maersk became shareholder in Hoegh Autoliners with a 37.5% ownership.

The agreement was subject to a number of approvals by various authorities. All approvals have now been obtained and the transaction is thus final as of today.
